We finally have a car in house to test it on. It is a 1.8L NA. I have a NB manifold going out to someone next week for a stock application. I am still waiting on the 1.6L manifold to come back from the customer. The project is not dead, just taking longer than expected since we are not testing them in house. If someone can get me a 1.6L and '99+ turbo'd car, I can get it done sooner.

I'm no where close to local but I'd be willing to help in any way possible.

I have a '95 with a '99 head, that count for 99+? If so, I'll test it (it'll give me an excuse to put my car on a dyno), but like levnubhin, I'm not local. And after thinking about it, I have a feeling you're wanting one to be local for designing purposes. In any case, the offer is there.

We have tried two different intake manifold versions. Results are not what was expected. It could be the manifold, it could be the car. So... we have another on in the works. It is due for tuning and testing this weekend.

The 1.6L version you made for brad wasn't shabby at all. a 15hp gain with a 10tq peak loss at the slightly lower boost level didn't bother Brad at all. It had 30 more torque at redline.

We are going to sell the 1.6L version, like the one tested! I will get it added to the website asap. The one we are having problems with is the NB, when used with the stock ECU. I am sure with a standalone, it would be fine. But the stock ECU is being a pain in my backside!
