With the box on the back, do you ever have trouble with the tongue popping up once the tires are unloaded and the trailer is disconnected?

I have the same chi-comm trailer, but have not committed to a configuration yet.

Yes, put the tires in the rear, box up front. I have just enough room for fuel jugs and my tool box.

Load up the box right in the middle of the trailer, put 2 wheels on each side facing eachother and loop them around the box.

I need help on injector wiring.

Since this is a 1.6 car and I'm running an NB engine with a different firing order, which cylinder is #1 in regard to fuel injection? 4-1-2-3 means I'd rearrange the injectors, right?

I think I'll just cut the wires to #3 and #4, then wire-in the two new wires there.

I'm wiring this in with a 2001 fuel injector harness and pig-tail so it will be more work up front, but clean and simple in the long-run.

Its injector output 2.

The MS doesn't know "cylinders", it knows injector outputs, and fires them in order A-B-C-D.

The engine firing order is 1-3-4-2.

So you need to connect output A to cylinder 1, B to 3, C to 4, and D to 2:

1 2 3 4
A D B C

Trey,

I have the wire splicing cheat sheet for splicing a 90 injector harness to a 2001+ injector harness at home. I will post it tonight when I get off work.

MS fires in order from A to D. You have to wire them in order on the engine in the correct firing order, so they fire in 1 3 4 2.

so make:

rad
clyinder 1 - injector A
clyinder 2 - injector D
clyinder 3 - injector B
clyinder 4 - injector C
firewall

I like to keep the INJ B channel on 2U (yellow) and INJ A on 2V (yellow/black) so that if you ever had to revert, or sell the unit it could still run another 90-93 batch fuel.
