Aftwr speaking to the guys at tial I learned that I need a larger vac hose going to the bov. Any tips on how to make that happen aside from drilling and tapping a new bung...which I don't have the equiptment for.

Put a "T" into your brake master cylinder line, I don't know of a larger vacuum line than that. Or your PVC valve line...or look at your intake and find a large vacuum port.

Pepboys/napa/autozone all have vacuum T's in stock.

If you want to get fancy, McMaster sells all the parts to make up a vacuum manifold too. I T'ed that into my brake booster line to pull BOV and gauge from.

I have a 1/8 line now. I have to run 1/4" and it's going to be tough to find an adapter that fits in the brake booster and adapt to the same size as the bov on thusday night.

Dang it, did I not tell you all of the above already yesterday? That you needed a larger vac line to the BOV and why, to tap into the brake line to get a bigger feed from the manifold, to use a reducing tee, etc? Or was I PMing with someone else using your account?

Hustler if you cannot find the tee at the auto parts store (they should have it) get a 1/4" FNPT brass tee at the hardware store. Buy a brass 1/4" MNPT to 3/8" barb for the Tial line, then two of the brass 1/4" MNPT to whatever size barb the i.d. of the brake boost hose is. I forget, probably around 1/2". That will work nicely. It will take all of 10 minutes to assemble and install.
