I vote for cutting a hole in frame rail and routing WG exhaust into the frame rail. That will take care of it.

Quick update, I went and took the plunge.

Order Items

QTY Part Number Description Price Extended Price
1 PGE-MIATA1-5 Pro-Gram Engineering billet steel main caps (PGE-MIATA1-5) $525.00 $525.00
1 MR-MBSP-B6 MiataRoadster 5-cap main bearing support plate (MBSP) (MR-MBSP-B6) $250.00 $250.00
Order Summary

The plate is custom made, so it should take a week or two. I am really sick of spending money on this car...its going for sale I think.

they stop spending money on the car; it's a pretty simple concept.

I'm thinking of closely copying your setup in your sig. less E85 stuffs. I haven't considered billet main caps...hmmm.

EDIT: I'll probably use the 7064 if I can wait & afford it

No, easier said then done.

My car is taken apart currently, I have sold off a lot of of the parts and well, no use of putting it back together half ***. I am going to finish it, dyno it..then depending might just put it for sale. I think if it makes 550-600 whp I will have some leverage on the price.

Not yet, it will be done by end of August hopefully. You're more then welcome to come watch it get dyno'd or stop by anytime.

Yeah that's an odd spot.

And does transitioning to 4" that far away from the turbo give you any benefit?

Where's the Lambda sensor then? I'm looking but I can't see it, (I can see what looks like the gearbox speedo cable though...

Plus I'd be concerned with the wires getting snagged on vermin directly below the transmission like that. Fortunately it will be easy to plug it and have one put on the top of the pipe/vertically like it should be, right after the vband.
