More pics coming soon. Nothing special, just shots of wiring and whatnot. The real show is still on hold as Mr. Abe's time is being spent on something much more important than parts for my turd.

I will post some more pics when I get back. He really went above and beyond to make this work. That first bend right off the turbo is a special order since it was so tight.
Everything is getting coated and cleaned. I may have a hard time coating/wrapping the dowpipe, though...it's so purdy. But heat management is the name of my game for being comfortable. The manifold and turbine are being sent off, for sure. I'm working on the housing right now, measuring for a outlet modification and then re-painting it battleship grey.
Edit: Abe sent pics

That sex is being delivered. I can't wait.
I went 3 ways(lol) with some friends on a 2-ton engine hoist. I refuse to torture myself with installing a turbo manifold with the engine in the car. I already have enough nightmares and shameful memories from the old FM system....never again.
And of course, FM2 clutch deal. Going to take the motor/trans out, pop the trans off, switch places with the 6spd in the crate, put 6spd on, ship 5spd back to Gaylifornia to Mr. Ryan.

I bought from another member on here (GotPSI?), he used it on his 1.6 race car. I originally wanted the v-band outlet turbine, but the measurements were...off, lol. It was huge and 4" right off the outlet. The 4 bolts are not as bad but, I don't remember off hand if they ever did a 4-bolt for the HY. The next step is the HX. Too big for me, right now. My HY turbine is .65 t3. But, it's a simple bolt-in at this point (HX/HY share identical 5-bolt outlet flanges)
I should be getting this big bitch spooling in the double digits easily by 4k. The other guy with the HY was seeing 8-9lbs by 3300-3400 and I'm not sure if he was using EBC or not. Different setups, but the Holset "magic" turbines are notorious for easily out spooling Garrett counterparts. Even if it is slower I won't mind really. This is for big power, highway pulls and generally bull-shitting around town. I am really curious to see what the power band will be like with the intake manifold and this turbo setup. I'm expecting my kidneys to be hurting.
No worries. I just wanted to edumecate u on dis subgekt. My manifold is ugly enough that it could easily be mistaken for gen1 Begi cast
