1990 that will have the following installed this weekend:

Warner-Ishi (RH-B5?), with the Thunderbird upgrade on the compressor side @ ~10psi
I think begi manifold (or fm)
begi dp (or fm) I forget
370cc injectors
link ecu w/ afm delete
clutchmasters flywheel (8lb~) and stage one clutch
intercooled w/ bypass valve
2.5'' exhaust w/ hollowed out cat but with muffler


It will be dyno tuned immediately after having this installed.

Any ideas of about how much horsepower to expect? Thanks!

I have no idea what the turbo will get you, but stock fuel pressure with the 370s will be a limiting factor, somewhere around 175whp will max them out. I freaking hate the thought of injectors with no headroom, you really do find out they have nothing left only when it's too late.

It isnt the fuel pump that limits you. It is the injector sizing. You can either upgrade to large injectors or get a RFPR to push more fuel for them. Realistically the larger injectors is the path you need to go.

No offense here, but why? It'll just keep your return busier.

An afpr will buy you more headroom from your injectors (some), and there is no need for a big fuel pump with it or the stock pressure regulator. What are you trying to do?

My friend had his 92 miata with RC 370CC injectors putting down 210HP at the wheel, but the injectors were basically at 100%. I would suspect you'll be at 180ish hp.

I'm getting 460's now to put in, will I need a AFPR or another fuel pump or is the stock pump alone fine?

The stock fuel pump is fine, and you won't need an AFPR.

im installing my turbo next week, but im confused now about what you just said. im using 750cc inj. now do you think i could use BOSCH 69659 Fuel Pump? please help

you dont need a new fuel pump install bigger injectors tune it with your ems and youre done

Basic description of fuel system: The stock pump is only keeping 60psi in the rail before the fpr opens and lets the remaining pressure back to the tank, and it's a very easy job. When required, the injectors open to squirt fuel, and how big they are determines how much fuel they'll squirt. So your injectors will squirt up to 750cc of fuel per minute AT 60psi

If you buy an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, you can raise that pressure a little and get a little more out of your injectors. So your 750cc@60psi could be more like 850cc@65psi. I'm sure there's a formula to find out the exact flow at higher pressures, I don't know it.

But the stock pump doesn't run I to issues until upwards of 100-120psi, so don't replace it unless its having issues.

I wouldn't. Your 750cc injectors can support around 350-400hp. You're not making that much, and therefore wasting money with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

yes it is true im just gonna make like 250 or less, but i have an old universal regulator from my 99 integra turbo and i didnt really use it, so its new thank you for the advice.
