the tps when unplugged on mine goes all crazy and is unpredictable, but the car will run with out it.
First log it looks like the priming pulse happens and all, but then your MAP never drops below 94 it should pull all the way down to 30.
Also your battery is weak your voltage when cranking is dropping way to low.
I lowered your priming pulse on this one, changed your cranking rpms and i think thats it, try it with either a booster box on the battery or a jump and see what happens.
Edit after you make sure MS sees vacuum from the motor otherwise it will inject way to much fuel.

The first log I did I hooked up the tps to go into flood clear. The second one is w/ tps unplugged and in mapdot. Sorry I didn't explain
Also just checked to see what compression have on #1 cylinder: 90lbs Unless I f'd up assembly bad #1 tells me enough.

im gonna go with cam timing since your not pulling a vacuum either.
also in the first log it shows 0 TP and is injecting fuel but the whole time you are cranking there is no vacuum being created.
and in the second one your RPM is crazy high, im thinking because of your cranking voltage ?

Just did them all and am going to do it again because it seems the compression tester isn't getting the best seal against the bottom of the plug well. They went like this:
1: 90, 135
2:135
3:135
4: 125, 150
Going to do them all a second time, and there was fuel on each spark plug...

Yeah, seeing how it isn't broken in I am not worried about it. All but #4 cylinder got 140 (#4 was 150). CAS, cops, and tps are all unplugged. I am trying to come up with what could be making a vac leak...not sure yet though.

To bring tonight to an end:
Injectors are all 12.3Ω +/-5%
Checked one of the cops to make sure I didn't kill them. It's resistance readings indicate it is good.
No vacuum leaks that I could find.
Disconnected and plugged the brake booster port
Pulled the line that MS uses for vac signal and could feel suction
Peeing on everything felt good but didn't fix it.
Maaaaybe the duration on my cops should be adjusted? Also still no resolution on the fuel pressure gauge showing a big goose egg. Going to tear the fuel system apart for real this time.

Do you have the fuel lines hooked up properly? i have done this before and sounds exactly like the symptoms your describing.... cranking and no fire.
Try the starter fluid **** and see if it works.
