Default Erratic AFR readings with Innovate LC-1?

I've had this thing installed since 2008, and it has always done this. I just didn't ever figure this was a problem because the car drives well when tuned using VEanalyze.

LC-1 has been recently calibrated, out of the pipe. <1600 miles ago

Sensor and heater grounds are soldered at the ECU connector's sensor and general ground wires respectively. This fixed a ground offset, but did not fix the noise, which I wasn't trying to fix anyway. Previously, it was grounded at the intake manifold on separate lugs.

Logworks shows the same noise. MS and the DB gauge agree.

This Screenshot is with the engine off and key on after idling 5 minutes earlier. I set a 1/6th Second aggregation delay in LM programmer for this pic. It didn't improve things.

Here are some running logs for you.

And my tune.

The same variation is shown in logworks and while the engine is running. Is this abnormal? How can I fix it?
What do?

Am I too confusing?

After 1600 miles on this motor, I got a code 8 a few times today. I'm going.to do a full recalibration of the heater circuit.

Do me a favor and take a log with your engine off after running for a minute. How much does your afr reading waiver?

I did a full recalibration, but it keeps spitting out a code 8 after a few minutes of operation. I guess this means my sensor is dead. Correct?

Not necessarly, you can try downgrading the firmware from v1.1 to v1.0.

v1.1 can be rather sensitive/buggy to sensor overheats.

Downgrading to V1.0 fixed the error code. For some reason which I do not know, my AFR is much more stable with the engine off, but it still varies greatly while running.
