Default Hot While Cranking Ignition Sources (99)

So I'm doing a little wiring project. I'll post some pictures etc when I'm done but the summary is that I'm adding an accessory 6 fuse panel to the car. Anyway I want to power it through a relay, using a hot while cranking source.

Does anyone have any reliable hot while cranking sources. Come to think of it, to make this a resource for others, List what you use as 12 switched sources on the car and list if they are hot while cranking or not.

Thanks in advance!

Everything on the dashed R/B wire coming off of IG1 of the ignition switch is hot while cranking:
