6 lights? I assume you are running the new dual injector kit, which has more headroom than the old single injector kit, that didn't come with a timing card. 6 lights is pulling timing, which you don't need unless you are using a bigger crank pulley.
What instructions? The full 99-00 instructions are pre-dual injector (no timing card), and the 94-05 instructions addem had nothing on the timing.

you see? This is the problem with fixing a problem on a forum. This afr issue is sooooo easily fixed for someone who actually has experience with his form of piggyback. I know even i could adjust that bump out in maybe 20 seconds and i'm just a schlub not a tuner. The more mature members of the forum have joined in this thread to do nothing more than criticize though they have never had their hands on this kit.
I'd ask the mods now to please delete anything other than constructive suggestions so we can help compuatic out.

Yes, your poorly engineered crusty power card/1978 era extra injector couldn't possibly mess up. Is that guy even an engineer, or did he think he would just toss together a supercharger kit one day. I applaud him for trying to make money, but it isn't ethical at all. Then I jump in and say "Hey, your afr's look like turd. I bet that's it."
