How (and why) to Ramble on your goat sideways

Yeah, good suggestion, thanks.
On a slightly less-fun note- The damage estimeate for that little ding is $2,200. To top off the damage on the side it seems part of the unknown object splintered apart and impacted the windshield and within 24-hours of the incident there is a 10" long crack down the windshield.

Having insurance replace the windshield: $0
Sharpie "professional" chisel-tip black marker: $2.69
Letting the whole world know that Chuck Norris stood next to your car: priceless.

Spent most of my day already working on advertising for the concrete company on Google (google places, ad words, etc) so I can finally get that off my mind. Still more to do but I havent touched it since the beginning of April.
So I guess I'll setup the ladders and get back to painting the building for the rest of the afternoon. The power company is supposed to come here today to blanket the wires by the building so I can finish the top trim. Just another ******* hold up for me.
Now I can only hope someone buys the rock crusher I listed yesterday for $56,500 so I can make some money.

I did something pretty manly in the gym today. I was really feeling like I was the **** and getting tons of bitches when I left work because I'm so productive. So I suited up, put this on:
chalked-up
and pushed 275x5 on the bench today. I owe it all to Pantera, that's 20lb more than I've ever pressed x2.

I quite often listen to Pantera at the gym. I find myself air drumming when I'm running on the treadmill though; People know not to **** with me.
But I can push 155x1 thanks to Pantera. Then I get Chipotle like a baus and drink a Segram's with it (see beer of day thread)

Carbohydrates are the foundation of a healthy diet. Complex carbs from my flour tortilla take longer to break down into sugar and deliver a slow steady stream of fuel to get me through the rest of the evening.
