For now I'll settle for a joint w/ a six pack and I'm going to try and finish the wiring on the trailer I've been working on.

So my ------- landlords had this loser tree company come in, drop the half dead, broken *** tree, that's been hanging beside the house for 6 months and they left it in the yard.

They said one of the guys would be back to get it, but they told me they were coming to cut it down next week, 6 months ago. Losers. Its been sitting now for almost a month so its starting to **** me off.

I borrowed a chainsaw from a bro and decided to just take care of it myself. No big deal. I like cutting ---- up with chainsaws and I don't mind the work. But of course, now that I have the day set aside to take care of it, the chainsaw wont start.

I took the chain off, reset it and tightened it, checked everything twice. I have no idea why its giving me grief.

If it was mine and wasn't borrowed it'd be smashed in pieces by now. I'm going to go out and give it a 3rd shot, but I have a feeling the gas/oil mix my amigo made for me isn't balanced properly.

----!!

Oh my ------- god, my ------- legs!!! I just hiked 15 miles in the Sipsey Wilderness, a lot of it off trail, bushwhacking up the sides of steep hills, through thick undergrowth and patches of sticker bushes and prickly holly bushes. My legs do not work, at all. My calf muscles where they attach to the back of my knee are so tight I can't bend my legs, and every shuffling, forced step feels like a severe leg cramp. So I walk around with a face of agony at all times. Had a kick *** day though, saw a lot of nice stuff, and it was a perfect day for it. Just after a few days of rain, so the waterfalls were forceful, and the temp was in the low 70's with no humidity surprisingly. Anybody else been to Sipsey in northwest Alabama and northeast Miss.? No other place like it in the southeast.

Ordered a new R-package style front lip for $80 shipped and 4 Rally Armor mud flaps for $25 shipped. The flaps are nearly 12" wide, so I might have to trim them down some.

they're these things you put on your inner fenders so your wheels don't throw rocks, mud or other debris on your fly paint

I got these. They are supposed to offer better protection then standard universal mud flaps that you'd get at an auto parts store. I was going just about to order rear mud guards, but I looked at some on a white NA like mine and I didn't like the look, so I decided to take a chance on the generic RA flaps, maybe cut them down a bit. I ordered 4 and I don't know if I'm going to try and put 2 of them behind my front mud guards or not, but if I don't use em and you want em lemmy know.

They also make some really cool really expense mud flaps for rally cars.

Thanks for the info. I love the Mazda mudflaps, but they can be hard to find in nice shape and are usually $$$$.

Those basics looks pretty damn good. I think I may grab a set. Let me know if you decide to pass them up and I'll send you some sweet moneyz for them.

gomiata.com has them for $75 for fronts or rears, $90 shipped. I happened upon a full set for $120 or so, $150 shipped somewhere. I believe I found them on google images. People on clubroadster sell them fairly often.

I have a set of front and rear, in white. A quick sanding and repaint with some satin black would make them look like new. Want em?

Do your cars feel slow or feel like they build boost slowly when it gets warmer outside. I kept thinking my car was broken on the track yesterday. I checked coupler and there are no leaks, the CHRA/turbine housing could leak but I doubt that's the case.
