So, if you had spent ~$130,000 of your own money on the base car, dropped it off at 9FF and spent another $50,000 OF YOUR OWN DOLLARS with them, you'd be happy when popped the hood for the first time?

Don't get bent out of shape, it's only the internet. Hows about a group hug?

Did you notice if the PCV system was properly routed?

I guess that all depends on what I was expecting for my $50k I suppose. Personally I would be ok with how it looks, provided it performed as advertised and was reliable. But that's just me, and I haven't even removed the tow hooks from my car after almost 4 years!

Got a link to the invisible zip ties? Never seen them. Those bosch BPVs work either way. Clear vacuum line, black vacuum line. Who gives a ****. Maybe the clear is higher temp than plain rubber black vacuum line. Again, at the boost level the twin turbos are dealing with, worm gears are fine. Hell, maybe they threw in a can of Aquanet to keep the hoses secure.

The welds are the only thing I agree with in your ENTIRE FUCKIHNG POST.

uhhh, they are to the blck one right there on the pipes.....

I dont care how well it performs....i dont want to pop the "trunk" of my 130,000 car and see crap work....forget about the spiral clamps for a sec and just look shotty pipes. A real shop would have mocked them up and had them custom bent...the only weld being at the Y-pipe.

I'm sure he didn't just spend 3k on this, so it should reflect the rest of the car & the shop.

3k in engine work...the other 22k in body work...and 22k in wheels...and another 3k in transportation.

Car is amazing, but it does look shoddy in the trunk.

I wouldn't even care if they were welded if they would have done a good job. ******* hard edges and ugly welds... they're IC pipes, strength isn't that important, at least grind the welds down! If that were a Honda Civic, Mustang 5.0 or Miata I'd say it was sweet but it's a goddamn Porsche.

Don't assume that someone that spends $150K on a car is going to drop $50K on custom work. Alot of thoes guys are cheaper than all of us put together .

Especially on a P-car if it can't be easily seen from the outside ie bling wheels, they don't care what it looks like. As long as they can beat their chest to their "900hp". I doubt any chick this guy is trying to nail will even look under the lid.

So very true. The guy didn't get rich from spending money. I doubt he built it to show off at shows.

The only one that can complain about the work is him, and obviously he is happy with it. Hell I give credit to his "tuner", he made out like a bandit.

Numbers don't lie, if the car performs who gives a flying f*ck.

This is my excuse for all my shade tree ghetto rigged crap on my car.

Welcome to the forum, Kurt

Yeah, some people are ********; that's life. Meanwhile, I get lambasted for pointing out a turbo kit for a 997 that looks worse than some of the DIY jobs on here, and far worse than any of BEGi's or FM's kits.

So sue me...

Can't believe you gay-***, faggy homos are still in here yapping

Anyone else notice the engine shots are meant to be used as "wallpaper"?
