Now, I'm just going to make a random observation here, and y'all can accuse me of whatever you'd like.
Let's say, hypothetically, that a person who is 4'10" tall and weighs 75 lbs tried out for the football team. I expect that he would not be accepted. Would you expect the coach to be accused of discrimination / bias / whatnot?

That's ridiculous. There's a street in my hometown that people used to cruise every Fri. night and they put no cruise ordinance in effect because of the horrible traffic jams it caused, but I think "cruising" is left to the descression of the cop. And, every year the city allows one cruise night.
