Tomorrow is the rectal exam and whatever procedure the surgeon thinks I need at that time. Unfortunately I will awake with possible local anesthesia. I am ------- terrified, lol. I'm also looking forward to driving home on AST shocks, lol.

How do you guys rationalize fear of things like this? I'm doing a miserable job. I think it would be much less scary if it was an arm, kidnew, or something like. I think the reality that "I poop from there" is really ------- with my head.
