Do I have a bad MS?

Do I have a bad MS?
Long story short, I've bolted on the turbo kit last year and the car has been down since.
Tied up with a purchase of the property, bikes and other projects the Miata has been more of less forgotten about after it failed to start with everything bolted on. However I can't stand to look at it anymore in the corner.
To get to the basics, here is the kit
Greddy 15G turbo from 1.6L Kit
ETD Racing 1.8L Greddy Conversion Manifold
Racing Mazda DP
2.5" "Test Pipe"
CX Racing Intercooler/Piping
Greddy Type S Knock-off
Flying Heatshield
RX7 460cc Injectors
Fuel management - Megasquirt built by Braineak
Wired for IAT, not MAF, with the basemap for the injectors.
I've had nothing but issues ever since, the car has not ran fine. This is what it sounds like now.
Sounds like a goddam cammed V8.
However here is the kicker. Even on bigger injectors if I put the MAF onto the turbine housing, put the stock ECU back on it sounds like this.
Which is more of less fine, especially considering stock map and bigger injectors.
Now the only things I can possibly think of is either the IAT is wired wrong, Megasquirt is made improper or one of the sensors isn't giving the MS proper reading - such as the IAT sensor.
Some detailed pictures of IAT plugs - I got a 1.8 motor, from what I've read I need to connect to the 3rd and 4th prongs in the MAF pigtail. Don't mind the ghetto connections, least of my concerns at the moment.
Megasquirt harness.
Any clues from the guru's?
Edit : I know about the blowby, at the moment I got bigger issues however.

Yes, verify spark and fuel on all four cylinders with the ms hooked up. IF the AIT is hooked up incorrectly, it won't run well. Your problem I THINK is that it's running on 2 or 3 cylinders. Is it a California car?

NY car.
Firing order is proper.
The ONLY differences between second video where it runs relatively fine (it's been so long since it ran proper I dont remember what "fine" is anymore) and the first are change from stock ECU to MS and from MAF to IAT.
I'll look into the IAT sensor again and make sure all the connections are proper.
1.8 car, you connect to 3rd and 4th terminal on the MAF pigtail just as the picture shows, correct?
I'm getting spark and fuel if it runs with MS, but it does sound like it's only running on only 2 or 3 cylinders which leads me to believe that either something is going on with MS (which I'm pretty clueless about which is why I paid Braineak to build a PnP one) or MS is working proper but not getting proper reading from necessary sensors (which in this case only leaves the IAT.

Then there is no way you could have properly sync'ed your MS to the actual ignition timing like you're supposed to do when you install it. Go read the SUPER Important Megasquit Threads, whip out your timing light, follow the instructions, report back.

Sounds great. However, before putting them back in, clip them into the spark plug wires and lay them all on the valve cover. Crank the car and looking under the hood to see which ones are sparking. Then put them in and check for fuel.
