What is that in "freedom, liberty, and justice" numbers? It's too bad they didn't get the bleed right.

Edit:
That's 337/225...why so rough for such soft srpings? I'm running 550/350 on my daily and it's smooth as ----. Hell, my 700/400 set up is smoother than any factory set-up I've driven. How is high-speed over railroad tracks or speedbumps? Does it roll with sustained loading?

I'm running the V-Maxx kit from FM. Its a bit harder than the stock sport while riding straight. On corners it's a lot harder.

This is the type of thread I need to see as my friend's MSM is in need of some decent but not expensive coilovers. I'm pretty sure I'll recommend the FM V-MAXXs for her. I wonder if the F500 coils come in higher spring rates.... *uses the search function*...yup. The 8k/6k seems like a good setup.

Hey Nate- Maybe sometime I could get a ride in your car to feel how the F500s ride...

It does not roll with sustained loading, I don't want to go over speed bumps or RR tracks at high speeds, but I would guess it would be every bit as unpleasant (in a different way) than with the stock suspension or any other suspension I can think of. Anyway, they specifically tell you that these coilovers are not to be used for jumping... And BTW, I'd love to drive your car one day and understand what "smoother than any factory set-up I've driven" means to you. Are you running some of those high end super expensive coilovers?

Read anything about Stance, Megan, etc. and you've learned about these.

Man, I really dislike what you write and what you imply. I am not affiliated with RSpeed in any business sense. I'd be glad to trade personal information with you. I am just another MIata aficionado. My sharing on Miata forums is no more *spam* than anybody else's posting their experience, likes and dislikes.

I like RSpeed, I like Joe and Hector and I like the Miata people in the Atlanta area. What is wrong with that?
What I would like to ask you sir, is what is your agenda, and what is your axe to grind?. You are about as far away from Atlanta as one can get. What's your beef against RSpeed? And what legitimate beef do you have against Fortune Auto? And finally, what problem do you have with me? We've never even met. Why the personal attack? If you have a problem with me, please address it directly so we can resolve it. If you have problems with the people I have done business with, please deal with them directly.

Thank you

Well, tops go around and around until the spinning impulse is spent, then they just fall over. I find it interesting how easily it is to make some folks threatened. I totally understand the knee-jerk reaction to attack and ridicule the cause of the insecurity. A lot of folks have learned to control their fight or flight responses to match the need for them. If there is no threat, there is no need for fight or flight.... I guess some people see everything that is not in agreement with their bias as a threat that must be eliminated.

Installed a set on the MSM last spring. At first they were the best thing ever, then I got used to em...now I wonder what Xidas are like. Only thing I can compare them against is the stock Bilsteins which suck in comparison. FM V-Maxx are more controlled and less bouncy, big bumps are more abrupt but less jarring. FM offers slightly higher spring rates for V8 conversions and I wonder if that would have been a good idea for the portly MSM and my fat ***.

A couple Miata's ran them last year? year before? both years? at Targa Newfoundland.

Ha, ha, ha, school yard days again "pump your mud dump", "STUF", "move along". Wow, I'm surprised you did not threaten to beat me up after school.
It's actually OK to write intelligently and discuss things in a reasonable way like grown ups. I looked back to see where in the thread I insulted or threatened you and I could not find it. Personally, I dislike profanity and gutter talk. But I understand if you have a limited vocabulary and a twisted grasp of reality. Just consider me "moved along" and completely cowed and dismissed if that makes you feel good But I'm not going anywhere.

^I can see you will last quite some time here.

What I love even more...if he gets banfagged, he is going to go complain to everyone about how he got banned for buying coilovers that people didn't think were good. Not because he doesn't have thick enough skin to last in miata hell.
