I had to freeze the damper and warm the ring but it's on, I still don't know the allen-wrench sizes.

Mine seems a little tizz-ite as well, but I'm sure the hot/cold trick will work. I've just got to figure out the right position for the teeth. Probably obvious when I put the stock pulley in my hand.

It only goes on two ways from the bolt pattern. Then, you want one tooth between noon and 1 o'clock.

Got it! Thanks!

I'm guessing those hex screws are in inches.

You guys are hilarious.

Mine are 7/64". Confirmed on 2 sets of Allen wrenches and pictured 1/4" drive screwdriver bit.

Sounds a little under-torqued to me. Also, I'd go JBWeld putty, Loctite is for pussies.

Good point. Always pays to be sure.

Any driving reviews with this installed yet ? Can you balance a champagne glass on your engine now ?

Side question, since this weighs less than the stock damper will it give a slight lighter flywheel effect, a slightly quicker revving engine, I would assume yes.

I don't think it's lighter. It's a pretty stout piece.

Lighter is not what you want out of a dampener pulley. The heavier the pulley is the better it can combat the harmonics of the engine. If it was lighter than the factory pulley it would't have enough mass to cancel out the increased vibration that a modified or built engine produces.
