Help -Car Runs! Some Issues still - Look at my Cal file?
Here is a spreadsheet I setup off a fuel map dustinb sent me about a year ago. He was (is?) running 440cc's and an AEM 2bar. I basically used a percentage to calculate the duty cycle on my 550cc's. Just enter your injector size in the green cells and it will give you a VERY approximate fuel map to work from.
Did this work well for you? I have the same 3 bar MAP sensor and 550cc injectors. Just wondering if I need to change it. Well, I WILL since my breakpoints are different, but it still might help.
I seem to recall this fixing the problem.
Also, on your high idle, the AEM's default settings on the IAC duty cycle are really high. On my car it will idle at 700-800 with the IAC unpluged. So I used that as my base for the IAC table (800rpm = 0%) and just swagged a curve in from there.

Finally idling pretty decently ad working on no load fuel. Looks like a lot of work to get a smooth map though.
Thanks so much to dustinb and Midtenn for all the help. If anyone had fuel / ign maps or whole cals they don't mind sharing, I would love to see them for educational purposes.
