For reference TravisR has not been on in over 2 weeks and has not posted in 3 months.

From some of his past posts I think he has gotten very busy working on his PHD, at least that is what I would guess.

I actually gave his support number a call a few minutes ago and got a voice mail. If you guys are seriously interested in seeing an IM from him I would suggest giving him a call and leaving a voice mail asking for it.
