When I first went to their site I saw 3.5k. Thought "hmm, thats not too bad 15 days a month.............holy mother ******, $35k????"

Exactly! Pretty much have to run the track 5 times per week and then it works out to $140/day haha. I guess that $35k is one time fee. Although seems like each year you still have to cough up a few grand!
