Waytek has amazing wire prices for GXL TXL and SXL wires. They also carry flame retardent loom and expandable sleeving. Honestly, I haven't found better prices anywhere else, local or internet.
do note though its all in bulk sizes. I suggest you buy 3-4 wire looms and get 1-2 electric tape colors to expand the color-possibilities. You could dish out big bucks and buy 12 colors if you want...this would be great if you can get a buddy or two to go in on it for their harnesses

So I have been working hard on the car. More little things than I thought and didn't want to push and make a mistake. We do have oil pressure which is good! I have some Evans Coolant on the way which should be here today or Monday. I am waiting for a Toda Racing intake cam pulley from Japan for the 99 head so I can use it with the 36-2 crank wheel (I have eliminated the CAS sensor in the back of the head based on recommendations). Fingers crossed I will have a running video next weekend (I might just run it without the cam sensor if the pulley is not here by then.)

It runs bitches!!!
Since I have not received the 99 Toda Intake cam gear yet, it's only running off of the crank 36-2 which is loosing sync at about 2800 rpm as you can see in the video. I have adjusted the gap and played a bit with R56. Next thing is checking to see if I ran the ground and 12V backwards perhaps on the VR sensor.
It actually is pretty quite for 4" exhaust and a straight through muffler. I have tuned the fuel a bit since this video and adjusted the timing so it idles pretty well at 1300 rpm, but I do need to fix the sync loss.
Oh and the turbo spins for about 45seconds after you turn the engine off. Pretty darn sweet I must say!
Enjoy the video:

I should make a post in megasquirt section "my car looses sync, help?" hahahaha
By the way is there a write up on 99 and ms3 setup. Need to double check my wiring and such. I have a feeling just switching to inverted might fix it from what I've seen in the other cars I have tuned. It was 11pm and I was up since 5am, so didn't want to take the case apart again. I guess an easier thing would be to switch the ground and 12v at the plug.
