With the boost signal sourced after the throttle plate, you'll have that overshoot going from part throttle to WOT. I'm not sure how people get around that when running EBC, but there must be a way.

you mean the source for megasquirt, or source for the boost controller?
megasquirt is of course sourced after TB in the intake mani. Boost source for EBC is at the compressor outlet.
I tried making the boost target table linear, so it wont try to hit super high targets at part throttle, but i guess that didn't really work.

I think the difference between fail and success is the prep work. I didn't sandblast the surface, which would be even better, but I roughed it up pretty good with sandpaper. Then applied several coats (whatever the directions said), and then baked/cured the paint in the oven...there's instructions for doing it on the car as well. Bottom line, I followed the directions and had no peeling or cracking or anything.
With that said though, I'm probably going to get this properly ceramic coated before it goes back on.
Cool, thanks guys. I'll probably dyno it again on 'low boost' with the new turbo in the near future.

Back from the dead.
Car has been running for a month or so on this setup. Been fiddling around and fixing various issues, but running pretty well at around 12psi... might bump it up to 14, if my injectors can support it (550cc).
Wired a GM 3 bar MAP sensor into the MS and using the stock 2.5 bar one for baro correction.
Properly welded IC piping with bungs (rather than ghetto rtv silicone) on the way. I did do a boost leak test though, and the RTV is holding it just fine.
