So when you want to tinker again Vlad go download the 1.4 beta 16 ms3pro firmware. With the new boost control you just copy your open loop table into the bias duty table and off you go.

We just jelly that your MSM works as we wish ours would, and EO2K will enjoy once he buys 10 more resonators.

Yeah, I'm gonna give it a shot. In a few weeks at least. Kinda tired of driving around with laptop for now

So they are ditching the bias table and going back to open loop table again?

No but bias table is based off your open loop table.

So now that the car is tuned I'm finally starting to monitor MPG.
So far a little less than half tank left and I'm at 140mi all city.
IF I get 220-230mi on 1 tank all city I'm gonna be really really happy.

I keep forgetting how tiny the gas tank is in the Miata. I think this is the only car I've owned that I haven't computed my gas mileage at the pump. Not sure if I could behave myself for an entire gas tank to see what the mileage is like.

I just filled up the Jetta...620 miles=43mpg I don't think I could ever go back to my daily being a gasoline motor, my old H6 LL Bean Outback barely got 300 a tank.

Oh I'm not behaving myself

Yeah it's tiny. Our Prius and our Lexus have the same size actually, and get 450-500 per tank each

This is strictly for funzies only, no one actually switches to e85 for gas mileage LOL

Another observation: the OEM underbelly bracing, IMO, is very effective at making the car more comfy/plush. Way less vibrations with it on, though performance seems completely unaffected.

I can get 450 out of my 1L Fiesta if I drive it real nice, that's a 12 gallon tank. But it's got a turbo so I can't help myself, and usually only get around 400.

The last tank of gas was almost solely tuning of EBC. So 10 gallons of pure full throttle pulls.

I haven't been able to run a full talk of gas through my car without disconnecting my battery

I get a fairly consistent 25 mpg on a mixed commute with some fun. I think I'm actually kind of rich (not yet serial O2 connection), so I expect that to improve slightly.

I haven't gotten above 20mpg since I turboed the car. All tanks saw > 60% city.

That pretty much describes me, but I have a very heavy right foot. I get 20-ish in the Miata on the street, and 8-ish on the track.

I'm a whimp.

What are your idle RPM & AFR? I'm running 800 and 14.7 when A/C is off.
