Dude, no way! That was you?

Did you say you were going to build that up yourself?

That's so cool.

yeah the head is off it and I'm giong to port/polish it and maybe do some valvetrain stuff just to get some better performance out of it. Then in the long run I'll build up parts for a full build but thats a while out

Cool, might want to check on those valve seals, i'm not sure but i'd have a look at them.

Oddly similar cars? Where's your build thread?

Straight shot:

Minimal bends, awesome v-bands:

This should help spool a 2560.

Donno about that, my old turbo Miata had a HUGE magniflow back there and it still used to set off car alarms... N/A this should be loud. Not as loud as when i ran a straight pipe, but still... i'm thinking.

Lol, when i ran straightpipe to uncapped supertrapp it was pretty close. Would have been better if the muffler didn't end under my trunk though, made a terrible drone.

Silly thing that makes the car go no faster:

Feel a sudden urge to do a partout...

But really, UrbanSoot is a good seller.

Right now: Swapping in torsen and exhaust, will have pics once i can get the... darned bushings out of the rear diff, going with MMR units.

Also: Want to go one solid mount/one MS mount on the engine, which side does each go on?

Did some stuff:

SS brake lines (forgot to take pics!):

949Racing Lugs:

949Racing rear finish + Blacked tails (and sidemarkers) + 3" ARTech exhaust:

Approaching levels of rice... need VVT controller so i can swap in a decent engine...

So.

Just got word back that there is no such thing as a v-banded 2560.

Looks like i'll be going with a cheap 2560 setup for a while then...

Looking for:

S14 T28 (2560 for cheapz)
One more RX7 550, then get them cleaned and flowed
190HP fuel pump
EVO front intercooler
SSQV Bov
Some heavy duty manifold and good downpipe (Begi?)
NXS MBC
Some boost gauge
ARTech coolant/oil lines
Some kind of intercooler piping

Anything i'm missing here for a turbo?

Kinda bummed about this.

Thought about it, but don't want a turbo that gives me headroom to go over 250whp. Know that i'll want more and want to push it. Rear end, clutch, transmission, are all setup for at least 280 ft/lbs, so i'll be fine... Just need to wait on the awesome setup until after my built engine.

Really, my old journal bearing T3 .50/.50 was just too laggy for me, on twisty roads. Want response this time.
