My old shift knob used to get super hot in the sun.. I tried a session at 19psi with was awsome in the long straight but I was on and off the gas a lot more... I ended up lowering the boost to 10psi and pulled off a 2:04.88. The SM lap record is 1:59.XX I think I could have gotten I little bit faster of a lap time but coming out of T-16 I hit traffic and it ended up being the checkered flag so I let up a little bit because I knew the Mustang wasn't going to let me pass coming into the the cool down lap. I also installed a fire extinguisher right before the event. After watching a few videos of track days gone wrong, it gave me a little piece of mind.

Jacksonville will be much better than Norfolk. Norfolk was a shithole (2yrs).
How soon are you moving? We run the road course at Daytona in November with NASA. |
