Attached is the tune that I am using now (yes is shitty). I solved my charging problem and the leaks, but now I seem to have problems starting the car. I don't think I am getting enough cranking amps. I have a reg duralast battery :/

The battery is holding charge. At first I thought it just did not have enough power to start the car so I went ahead and used a jump, the engine turns but doesn't start. I noticed that now the fuel gauge is not working. The information I found yields that the fuel sending unit should be dead or the gauge itself is dead. Given that the car is not starting I am leaning towards the sender being the smoking gun. Also the fuel pump could have gone bye bye.

I just replaced the fuel pump. Engine spins, no start. I can hear the new pump (walbro) hiss before I try to start the car. Should I move to the fuel pump relay? Suggestions?

Replacement CAS arrived today. Car is running again yay

Also it seems that the fuel pump that I replace was a major issue in the system. I am SUPER PIG rich all over the board now with the new walbro. After I find out why the alternator belt squeels so ******* much I'll be in business again.

Okay fellas the starter has been replaced and the car is working... somewhat. After the starter job was finished, I turned on the car to check for some oil leaks that have been bothering me. Along with said oil leak my fuel hose went sprinkler on me. See pics attached

So yeah, cool story fuel hose. Please tell it again AND it did so. I came back home later that afternoon after my alternator belt went also bye bye in the middle of rush hour to find out the same hose had broken again... I couldn't take pics because it was dark I haz no flash.

So that's that. Now about the oil leak. I do not understand how after front has been replaced this is happening

The funny part is that I actually paid to have this seal replaced. Yah, joke is on me.

Did you replace the two half moon seals on the front and rear of the oil pan?

Also check the tee on the oil sender.

Long story short: I am not "allowed" to do work on cars where I live (stupid old farts in the association). I had someone else do the job. I took some videos today and after reading your post that may seem like the smoking gun.

The inside of the pulley is relatively dry and there is no fresh oil. I was expecting that area to show some wetness due to the leak. However, the area where is does leak is from the pan bolt adjacent to the "half moons".

I'm editing the videos that I took today. I'll post them later. In the meantime here are some pics I took today also.

Your video hurt my eyes, and actually made this more difficult to diagnose.

Did you make sure to clean the hell out of the pan and block and use a shitload of rtv along with new seals and proper torquing?

What sucks is that in order to fix it, either the cradle is coming down or your pulling the motor again.

For the fuel line: this is why I don't use worm clamps there. Fuel injection hose only, and fuel injection clamps only. Either stock, or there are specific ones sold at autoparts stores that don't use a lacerating design.

Looks like a combination of shitty hose and a shitty clamp.
