We ran it up to 20psi. Only managed 307hp or something. Car was choking up top. Made the same power at 220kpa and 240kpa
Timing was almost spot on. Adding timing didn't help anywhere really.
I'm a little bummed, wanted more out of it.

I might be able to get the plots tonight. Depends on if they got. emailed to Ed.
We played with VVT. VICS.
Spool also changed significantly since last fall.
I'll see if Ed has the files.

Don't think i will get the files until tomorrow.
I have all my notes, but none of the run files.
The tuner was really helpful on Eds car. We walked through everything, So I wasn't missing anything obvious. Changing timing didn't change power, and adding boost didn't either. It followed the 5* per 5psi rule pretty well. I barely had to touch the timing map I built. Anything we changed on it didn't make power.

Alright I have all the run files. I'll pick a couple out and post up screenshots.
Here is the link to all of them: https://drive.google.com/folderview?...1U&usp=sharing
Nvm. Can't get winpep to install at work. I'll try and get some screenshots up tonight.

I snagged the files and loaded a comparison with mine at the same boost level. Looks pretty similar except apparently I have a bit more spool and top end.
I've forgotten what turbo this is?

Timing map was almost exactly what we went with. Like spot on. Adding timing didn't make power and pulling timing lost power. Posted like last page.
92 octane.
Target afr: 11.3-11.5
Somehow half the tune files didt save. I'm not sure why. So I have some here and there.

I'd expect a 2871 to make more top end though, and if it's not making any more power at higher boost then there's definitely something flow-limiting. Mine made another 40 hp by turning the boost up to 240. I haven't found the flow limit on mine yet, it's ping limited at 240 kpa+ even on straight 100.

No cat.
I think we just were too retarded. I wasn't comfortable adding timing at 240kpa. Mostly because the motor was following the 5* per 5psi rule almost to the T.
Ed will have to give detail about the piping.

We stopped making power after like 220kpa. So I didn't touch the ones above.
Here is wastegate tuning.
Run 54: Baseline.
Run 55: Go to 19* at 170kpa. No power gain
Run 56: Go back down to 15*. So -2 from baseline. Power lost.
Run 57: Add 1 from 4k-5k 2 from 5k-6300, 3 from 6700 up. Power Gained

Tuning Spark ~280hp.
Run 60: DC at 35%. No timing changes.
Run 62: Add 2* timing. Slight map changes but overall no power gained. Might have lost power

We messed around with fuel a bit more. Tried playing with VVT and VICS. But couldn't really make any big changes. At this point Ed was ready to get off.
I'd like to go back with e85 and see if it was choking for air, and where we can send the timing too.
