This is going to be a "I drive this car to work 95% of the time" kind of car. The A/C will be going back in whether I can alter the current compressor location or I have to get a 99 compressor/bracket and modify the lines. I am a 24 year old male, IDGAF if its a little louder and harsher than your sister's Hyundai Elantra.

We shall see. As far as the top down comment, you obviously don't live in Florida. It gets so hot that putting the top down results in you drenching your clothes in sweat and possibly dying from dehydration while at a stop light.

Just as a heads up, I think you are probably going to have better luck with the 01/05 non MSM AC parts with regards to fitment. The 99/00 stuff is a bit of an odd one because all the fittings are different, as is I believe the line routing. At one point I looked into trying to swap the NB2 parts into my NB1 for better AC clearance around the intercooler. I eventually gave up when I discovered virtually nothing will interchange between the NB1 and NB2. I didn't feel like trying to track it all down so I just eliminated the AC.
I may be wrong, but its something to keep in mind anyway.

I noticed that Troy hasn't removed the A/C and gutted the dash on his F-150 yet. Is he going soft?
Ryan expects to date nice girls with good corporate America jobs as well as enjoy himself on track days in that car. It won't ever be the fastest car on the track, but that is by design. It is a compromise car because compromise means you can enjoy it more. I sometimes wish my car was easier for my wife to climb into and out of in heels and nice clothes. I should probably take Pinky up on his offer to paint it when my life gets back to normal.

Drive the car back from the exhaust shop and everything is good. I will definitely need to place some anti-vibration material on a lot of the panels. Rattles everywhere but the vibration itself doesn't bother me. Just the noise. I plug the LC-1 sensor back into the controller and NOTHING. The led light won't even ******* light up. I can't catch a ******* break. One problem to the next. Granted this is really minor but its annoying as hell and I can't tell if its the controller or sensor. The lack of led light makes me think something is up with the controller. Of course.

He's doing well now. He had a serious health scare and took a time-out but is well now and has a good girl in his life. He seems to be happy but busy. Everyone who is interested should send him a PM and see if you can coax him to post an update.

Amazon is amazing. Ordered LC-2 Saturday night. Received it today. Wired it up in the dark tonight after work. Would not recommend. The new unit is SO much smaller and only has 4 wires making it much easier to hook up.
