So much excite, finally getting a good toon on this car!

Eventually we will be going for max boost hot air hair dryer(or maybe just before that point, ie 21-ish psi) glory pulls. I have never been able to find anyone who has pushed the WRX turbo on either a 1.6 or 1.8 past 10-12 PSI, let alone ALLOFIT. I'm curious to see how much this makes. We can resume the betting and speculation that was going on in this thread over a year ago when my BOV decided to vent at 12PSI on the dyno. VD numbers though as its unlikely I will put this car on a dyno again any time soon.

there's actually a guy recently posted a plot for 260-280 and 111mph trap speed, I think that's probably the highest hp td04-13t BP on here right now (that I know of)

BP though. probably knock 20-30 off that number for B6?

My guess has always been around 240-250whp, low 200s wtq at 21psi.

Lot more torque than 200. Can get to high boost soon. Question is if you will make any more power above 16 or so psi as choke line. In for results.

Make sure to pull 4* out of your current table to get back to a baseline.

Im going to cycle my idle cells through as wide a range of afrs as possible, adjust voltage offsets as need, reset base timing, and load Vaditune#1.

Mine was 14* off when I checked it. Ran 24* base timing on the stock ECU for nearly two years before I realized what was going on.

Check yours again in a few days. They don't always stay put.

Brand new ones are $120 from mazdaspeed motorsports.

Timing is set, not worried about it any longer. Besides I'm pretty sure its a flag error, you can see in the pic that its quite warped.

I kind of want to borrow that gauge to set my base timing before I go in for flex fuel retune.

Finally got some decent fluid, and flushed all the auto parts store house brand dot 4 out.

After I found this

I did this.

First track day in 3ish years or something, on Sunday. So much **** has changed on the car.. The last time I was on track it was still the tired old stock motor with no boost, just an MS3 basic and a sweet $30 muffler. Was still on rubber bushings, and I don't remember what else. Going to run wastegate, 7psi, because im scared and im still on stock brakes.

gotcha. np. as long as it's safe.
you can even try doing a pull with current map and see if it's close enough.
