Fuelab 818 40 micron fuel filter. Aluminum piping. John later decided to redo all the fuel lines in stainless. -6 BTW. E85 tends to hold water, which doesn't play well with all long term. We'll ad a nozzle from the fire system here in the trunk, which also contains the diff and trans coolers. Many flams.

Tilton brake master cylinders. Don't ask me what size because a) I forgot, and b) I took an edumacated guess on sizing after farting around with some ratio calculators. Maybe they will be right.
Forgot to order m/c for clutch. I think I'll need one. Really looking forward to nutty brakes. Spoiled by the solid-as-a-brick pedal in the GT350 now.
I think John is re-purposing the port for the original clutch m/c for a wiring harness bulkhead fitting. Saw him making that white plate today out of al sheet. Not sure.
Last but not least, the Tilton pedal assembly. It'll be nice being able to do so much tuning on these controls. pivot points, hydraulic ratios, pedal position and such. Once I get it dialed, I'll publish all the specs and settings. All that triangulation in the footwell imparts warm fuzzies.

This may peak you interests, I was checking this out as an alternate to Racepak: HP Electronik
ECU mounted where it can be easily accessed for diagnostics, tuning. Racepak Smartwire is a programmable solid state power supply for everything. Google it for more info, we're no longer a Racepak dealer.
TC Design made these seat brackets for us. The OMP HTE-R 400 fits both sides. Bit snug for larger passengers but we didn't want to compromise cage config to accommodate fat passengers.
Pax side clearance. I think max passenger size will be about 5-11, 190 lbs. Much larger than that and you're not getting in there. We won't race it with the seat. It;s just for demo rides and a few select events.

Fuel sender is a capacitive type from aircraft spruce. It's bendable and you trim off what you don't use. Still fluctuates a bit but far superior to OEM float type sensor. We bend the vent tube in the tank to fit another ~3 gallons. From dead empty to filling the neck, we can just fit 15 gallons.
We also use a 1/2" rollover vent so it fills faster. This car may not ever see an enduro but it's a lot easier to build for it up front than tearing the car apart later on to update. Those adapters are -6 AN Russel. Few other companies make the same fitting IIRC.
Very impressive on the volume gain. I had to do it because the tank angle changes drastically (for the worse) on exocets and you can only fill half the tank. Removed the evap canister and added in a Fuel Safe Discriminator valve on a stainless plate. Had to drill out the Discriminator valve holes a bit so it would flow enough air when filling quickly at the pump. Popped on a barb to AN fitting and ran a fuel hose looped down as the vent and it has been great.
I head John say "Too many f&%*ing wires".
For now he's using velco strips. It'll get a full conduit wrap and P clamps when it's done. In case I didn't mention it before, the entire harness and all connectors are new. No OEM or used stuff. The harness segments are being routed so it can be lifted out of the car after
being unplugged at either end.

John needed some brackets for the wiring loom. Couldn't find anything online so.. he drew them up in CAD and printed them. In orange of course. Just a little detail but I think its cool.
Tilton brake master cylinders. Sensor on rear master is just a switch for the brake lights. Sensor on front master is Aim pressure sensor for data.
John's using several of these bulkhead connectors around the car. Much cleaner than cutting a hole and trying to both seal it and also protect the wires from chafing. As a bonus, the harness end up
being modular. One can remove just that segment for repair or continuity tests.
+1. Using both brake pressure sensors is huge. Can your ecu/dash/pdm not use an output to run a your brake lights? I have swapped to LEDs so I can use the Motec dash with a pull down output.
Not convinced I need separate channels for front and rear brake line pressure. I wouldn't use that data to tune bias anyway. I adjust by feel and looking at g plot. Aim MXG doesn't have an output for brake line pressure. We would have to run that analog signal through the ECU then split to lights/Aim. We will see how it works. Can always add a sensor layer if it becomes necessary.
