I've thought about politics for a long time now as the WWF. Amazingly, I heard someone echo the same sentiment not long ago. R's and D's are pretty much the same in what they actually do (which is not much) than what they actually say much like pro wrestlers actually hurt each other or hate each other. But the fans can't seem to get enough.
But yes, it's quite hypocritical and self-righteous of platforms to claim they stand for freedom and democracy and spreading ideas and then choosing the content they allow to be shared. However horrible this might seem though, it is all self imposed. If one does not participate in their game, then they don't have power over you. And if you wish to play the game, then you have to come prepared to lose if you choose not to play hard enough. And if you are enjoying watching the game, then it just perpetuates. I chose long ago not to play their game. Again, I walk around with my eyes and ears open.

The Republicans are the "good guys" but also think it's real and wouldn't want to break a rule, or physically harm or insult their opponent. Half of them are actually bad guy waiting to flip and backstab at the right moment.
The Democrats are the "bad guys" and play dirty as hell. They will do and say whatever it takes to win, without regard to their opponent -- they thrive on the boos.

The "being" on the right in the previous post has to be photoshopped. No one can do this to themselves and not expect a reaction of "WTF is that?" from anyone that glances for more than a half second at them.
Then again, I bet someone out there would gladly pay this person $500 to pee on them.
I don't know. I Must be getting old, I guess.

They're all photoshopped.
The original image is that of the Chawner family from the UK, from a reality TV series entitled “Lorraine Kelly’s Big Fat Challenge.”

Doesn't matter whether you wear a red hat or a blue hat, falsifying photographs to support your outrage against a specific person or group, and counting on like-minded others who want to believe it accepting its veracity without question, is very fashionable these days.
Edit: in case the meaning of the preceding statement was not clear, the face photoshopped onto the person in the middle is that of Rachel (formerly Richard) Levine, a transgender person, who President Biden has nominated to be the US Assistant Secretary for Health.
Many at the far-right have been transposing his/her face into all sorts of wacky scenarios, in order to highlight the fact that for a President to appoint a gender-confused individual to a powerful public-health office belies a motivation which is less about public health and more about appearing to be "woke."

Most people don't know or understand, but this isn't a "one time" thing. This has been nightly for the last year. EVERY.NIGHT. News coverage has been mostly about how Police are infringing on citizen's Rights and nothing about breaking business windows in the downtown area, attacking citizens that don't join them, or breaking into the police precinct and lighting a fire.

I need to put together a Godwin's Law BINGO chart.
Yes, the plight of right-leaning people in America today is definitely the same as that of Jewish people in Europe in the late 1930s / early 40s.
Hang on, I hear footsteps outside. Gotta go hide under the floorboards.

It's like he forgot the "peaceful protests" in his city last summer already. I do wonder if he exercised his rights yet and bought a mp shield and a AR yet, he'll want them next time the leftists throw a hiss fit.
