From the point of view of a Liberal, rules apply to other people, because only other people are "bad people." The whole point of "tax the rich" is so that normal folks, such as AOC's millionaire and tax-cheat dress designer, don't have to. "The Rich" are, by definition, someone else. |

A long-time old-fashioned conservative thinker and writer, I only found out about him recently, he died yesterday. Basically, he had little really good to say about either side of the aisle - both are morally bankrupt.
