Without knowing the context of the reporting by the CBC, I'm not going to assume that this was a report on how the hospitals were overflowing with covid patients and they needed a dummy to try and get more people scared into doing whatever propaganda they are pushing.

However, there is precedence. In the early stages of the "outbreak" in China, they were showing dead people in full business attire dead on the street as if covid was causing deaths that quickly. And yes, the footage exists in a Frontline documentary detailing how the Chinese CDC told the WHO whatever they wanted. And of course, today China has practically defeated covid with an average of 26 new cases per day. And since Jan 2020, they only have a total of 125,000 cases of covid. Man, that Chinese "vaccine" is really working well with over 2 billion doses given out which works out to 1 billion fully vaccinated. If "Let's go Brandon" really cared for the health of the US, he should get us on their treatment program right away.

the weather must be really bad for SW airlines today -- crazy they seem to be the only airline affected by the weather so hard.

The 2 dose group is by far the biggest That's accounted for in the last 2 columns, not in the ones before.

You could be on day 13 of your second booster and be considered unvaccinated. It's day 14 when your booster comes out of metamorphosis to give you super transmission reduction/hospital visit rates. If I was old as **** and just finally getting my vaccine, I'd be locking myself in the basement until day 14.

Of course my wife was out for three days after her shot and my dad was nearly comatose after his, but the thought of taking an 89 year old to the hospital seemed like a bigger risk than keeping him home and hoping he pulled out of it.
There are something like 130 strains of the flu, the "flu shot" is attempting to protect against the 3-4 strains researchers think are the most likely to spread to for that season. So that's a poor comparison.

I'm sorry, truly sorry, your father became that sick. But you continually try to present a case study as a generalization. My fiancee has a serious autoimmune disease that she takes multiple medications for, she got the 'Rona, was in bed for two weeks, but never had to go to the hospital and has already had her booster shot............on the recommendation from her PCP and her RA specialist.........not some folks on YouTube. And bringing up the horse dewormer, again, the BBC released a story last week that thoroughly debunked all that garbage.

It seems as though many Americans have confused possible and probable. Is it "possible" that DPRK could launch a nuclear strike against America (only if you believe they actually have that technology), so let's say China. Is it possible China could launch a nuclear strike against the US? Sure, it's POSSIBLE..........but is it PROBABLE? Absolutely not.

Did they though?
As expected, the answer depends on which story line you are to more inclined to believe in the first place. It is unfortunate that in this post-journalism/active-disinformation world we can no longer be certain of the credibility of source citations, be they from large, well known establishments, or tiny little, one man opinion blogs.

It doesn't get as much press as Covid, but China announced that it now has zero cases of Malaria as well. Shockingly (extreme snark intended), Ivermectin and HCQ are used against Malaria. China reported 30 million cases a year back in the 1940's.

Coincidence? I'm thinking NO.

See my post above about China and malaria. Is it POSSIBLE that this year--after 80 years of trying--that China is now coincidentally malaria free? Not really. Is it PROBABLE that large-scale use of "that horse paste" and HCQ used on the population is actually the reason that malaria is defeated and the Rona is under control. Well...YES.

If it is not reported by mainstream media sources, it can't possibly be true.

The last recorded case of malaria in China was 2016.

Doh. Don't worry, it will come back. If you've ever seen the airport near Guanzhou you'd know that it will come back.

You make yourself look like a lying propagandist when you say anything about "horse dewormer". Ivermectin has been sued for decades as a prophylactic for malaria. India literally just stopped Covid with heavy reliance on Ivermectin. But don't take my word for it; read what the Nobel Committee said about Ivermectin in 2015. Count the number of times they said the word horse, you commie:

Or, if that wasn't convincing, here's what the Proceedings of the Japan Academy, Series B physical and Biological Sciences journal had to say:
