This was aimed at you & Brainey's increasing propensity to refer to social media platforms and blogs which have no journalistic aim at all as "the mainstream media." That's separate from the conspiracist thing.

How on earth is calling attention to the fact that the White House is calling meetings with prominent figures in what it describes a "a dominant news source" in which it coaches them on what to say about a current political event being dismissive?

Only in the sense that the White House calling a certain individual "a reputable physician" makes that person a trustworthy and credible source of reliable medical advice.

I expect the red head with the insufferable attitude to have the survey data that suggests how many people get their news from TikTok. So if she's saying it's dominant I'm inclined to believe her.
I do believe that she knows where people are getting their news from. Especially the places where the DNC doesn't have control, TikTok, 4chan, I funny, the Donald website. You know they would very much like to control TikTok the way they control Twitter and Facebook.
