imagine being light on a criminal because it was easy to commit the crime, let alone the worst of all criminals.

Imagine not knowing what the definition of "female" is...

It's not that hard. Just imagine being a woke leftist, or someone who needs to pander to that base.

The definition of female is "An individual who identifies as female," or "The quality or characteristic of identifying as female."

It's hilarious to argue the definition of "female", more serious to argue the definition of when human life begins. I'm just waiting for this argument to start, and I know which party gonna start it...

That was a very clever trick on Sen. Blackburn's part, and it makes me wonder if she writes her own material. By phrasing the question in that way, she forced Judge Jackson into a corner, where she was either going to have to alienate the left by giving a truthful answer (which really was never an option), or create a meme-fodder-moment for the right (which Sen. Blackburn knew was exactly what was going to happen.)

Honestly, I would love to see Congress and the Executive stop contributing to the politicization of The Court, but I'm a realist who knows that's not going to happen in my lifetime.

Man... so many different ways to answer that one.

According to the Christian bible, life begins when breath enters the body. So, prior to birth, a fetus is not a living being. (Genesis 2:7, Job 33:4, Ezekiel 37:5-6, Acts 17:24-25, etc.)

I predict that, given enough time, a democrat is eventually going to quote scripture to a republican in Congress.

It's hard to take a political party seriously that wears ***** hats and and can't figure out which bathroom to use. Good luck quoting scripture when discussing when birth begins, especially when science tells us when a heartbeat starts, that a baby in the womb feels pain, or even that they have their own unique DNA sequence from the first zygote. My oldest son was born over two months premature, so a "first breath" late term abortion argument for him would have meant snuffing out a life that was simply "percolating" in the womb. Dicey subject to some, but "I know which bathroom door to use" subject for others.

To paraphrase Doc Brown, "Doors? Where we're going, we don't need doors."

Yep, you don't even need doors in San Francisco. You can just crap anywhere. Wanna know where? There's an app for that...

Warrants So Secret Even the Judge Didn’t Know

Amazing next-level corruption from Biden’s DOJ. I see impeachment in his future.

I thought it was obvious that I was taking the opportunity not to answer your question (which I recognized as rhetorical), but to poke fun at evangelical Christians. As a broad generalization, there is a strong correlation between being highly outspoken in opposition to abortion and professing religious faith.

More relevantly, I am simultaneously amused and saddened when I see religious texts being held up as evidence of a thing, when in fact they are frequently either not* evidence of that thing, are self-contradictory concerning the thing, or else condemn not just that thing, but also many other things which the petitioner is unaware of or chooses to ignore, as they practice those other things.

* = I mean, technically, a religious text is never evidence of anything, but you can't just start from that point when talking to someone who is firmly convinced otherwise.

Since we're on the subject of what the Bible has to say about homosexual abortion, I'm reminded of this monologue:

And, finally, the results of a poll conducted by Kevin Underhill which bears no relevance to anything above:

Now that's interesting.

I can't recall hearing the name Alinsky in a while. And while I'm certainly no scholar on his work, wasn't he kind of fundamentally an anti-statist?

Specifically, he tended to espouse the sort of community-based "grassroots" social organization which was fashionable among the leftists of the 1960s, as opposed to the top-down socialist organization which is characteristic of the 21st century left.

HRC famously wrote her college thesis on Alinsky. He's probably best known for his subversive "rules" that having nothing to do with helping society, but only tearing down those with whom you disagree.

If there's a lefty to follow these days, it's Russell Brand. That guy is as sharp as they come, and unlike the current Socialist crowd realizes the importance of freedom and pushing power down to the lowest level. Love to watch him on Youtube.

The now-famous "What is a woman?" question was clearly planted by people smarter than Senator Blackburn. With hindsight, when multi-hyphen answered that she didn't know, Blackburn should have asked, "Are you a woman? How do you know?" We're clearly past the clown level, headed for Forrest Gump territory.

Trump Goes RICO? Law Suit Against HRC, Perkins Coie and Many More...

Looks like Trump is taking HRC to court. Should be a circus...

There is a private cause of action under RICO. I had thought RICO was strictly a criminal statute which could get compensation back to victims through restitution. Here President Trump is going it alone without prosecutors indicting these defendants.
