Underrated comment. Like Trump or hate him, it is hard to argue that there hasn't been a witch hunt for the last 6yrs with full torches and pitchforks. EVERY time, they find a hoax or a Democrat at the epicenter.
This raid is completely unprecedented and unwarranted. It does allow the Left to continue to smear Trump. "He was frantically trying to flush the documents into a toilet", "he was belligerent with agents", "He is so dangerous and unscrupulous the FBI raided his hideout".

Hadn't heard about this until now, but I've driven by that Wendy's twice this morning. Still trying to get the lowdown on this, but at this point it appears the 'perp' has prior felony convictions, and is still in custody. The 'victim' is reported to be a local ne'er do well with alcohol and verbal diarrhea issues. At least one report has the 'victim' suffering a cardiac episode as a result of the assault. Another report is that the 'victim' bought and paid for the punch with the aforementioned verbal diarrhea.
The video below is from one of the channels which I always have open in a tab in the other browser. The one on the smaller monitor to the right of the main monitor, where I stream Laura Kampf, This Old Tony, Practical Engineering, The 8-bit Guy, Xyla Foxlin, Defunctland, Backyard Scientist, Mentour Pilot, and other such youtubers who do interesting stuff. Generally in the background, with me semi-paying-attention to them as I solder things, or put together project budgets, or disassemble brake calipers, or any of the other things that normal humans ordinarily do while sitting at desks.
Moon, in particular, is one of those guys who mostly does videos about why things are bad / why he hates things. Not just "things" in general, each video is a hit-piece on one specific thing.
I thought @Braineack might enjoy his recent piece on what he describes as the Downfall of CNN:
From the perspective of a media-insider, he's not wrong. It's actually a very insightful and well-researched piece. CNN was once a mighty empire. We now employ several refugees who jumped from that particular ship.

Not that it actually matters, of course. The democrats and republicans have a sufficiently large number of people convinced that their narrative is the Holy Gospel that they will both willingly endure any amount of hardship and infringement so long as they perceive it as necessary along the path to a utopia in which all those who dissent are un-personed.
No matter what the outcome of the recent FBI raid on the Mar-a-Lago resort turns out to be, two things are certain:
1: The rightists are going to defend Trump, and continue preaching the "witch-hunt" narrative.
2: The lefties are going to proclaim victory, and continue preaching the "get him out no matter what" narrative.
What really troubles me is the fact that over 60% of Americans self-identify as belonging to one of the two aforementioned camps.
That's the thing that really needs to change, before any significant progress can occur towards healing the wounds which political binaryism have caused in our nation. Stop putting politicians on pedestals, and start questioning why we created the pedestals in the first place.

The latest scuttlebutt is that the FBI was looking for NUCLEAR WEAPONS information at Mar a Lago. Ridiculous. I'm sure Trump was going to continue his love affair with Kim.
Also there's pretty good speculation that there's already at least one grand jury out on Trump over the lead-up to January 6th. If you're tired of this **** now, buckle up. Merrick Garland will continue, forevah.
And of course turnaround is fair play, and Hunter and his hookers will get their day in the sun with another House investigation. My prediction--Swalwell and Schiff will both be tossed from any committees that review any sort of confidential information.
But your larger point--the mushy middle is paying attention. That's why you've seen such a shift to R's from Hispanics and mothers. They see what's going on, first-hand. Every time you get gas or go to the grocery store, it's like a negative ad against the libs.

there are a lot of religious zealots that will make your head spin. I just prefer it for breaking new over traditional sources, they are typical a day or two or months faster -- if reported at all.
