This is the problem with being both correct and also stupid / inarticulate / crazy. It tends to discredit the truth.

So does telling your story to Breitbart News.

i'm tired of Brietbart sites. I used to visit them daily. just bs now and most commentators are crazy, evil, and retarded.

When I post, it's to complain about how the site sucks now and that I'm pissed they add Big Sports before the promised Big Education.

examples:

The headline to this "story" is misleading.

She could have very much as easily said, "I'm reminded of the Obama Administration and Obama's quest to bring transparency and open government to Americans." [lol]

Would then the headline here be: MSNBC Analyst: Vatican Like 'Obama Adminstration'?

I'm reminded of a lot of things right now, I don't think it would be fair to use a simile between the relationship of my random thoughts the people of Breitbart and this story.

My stance really isn't *that* important, what should be important is that this site has become so discouraging to me.

I've been a daily visitor of the Big sites for the last four or five years now (Ever since O'Keefe's ACORN stuff and I learned of the site). Now it's all full of infield bickering about nonsense, lots of opinion articles that are pointless, and lots of hate in the discussions.

I also found it a bit offensive when Big Sports sprang up before the promised Big Education; but I guess that would require contributors to actually investigate and expose evil and corruption again.

I used to come here daily, excited to learn more from like-minded people and learn the real truths out there, where you can't learn it from other sources. Now, when I do log in here, I'm left angry, and not in a good way, but at my own "party"...
re: 78% of MSNBC Viewers Approve of 'Targeted Killing of American Citizens'
Putting aside how startling the results were, shouldn't this read: 78% of the Ed Show viewers, who own a cell phone, were watching the program that day, and who felt strongly enough to actually txt in answers to a poll felt...

I am by no means pro-bama, but this reeks of partisan bickering to me.
You touch on this later, but I think the guy does probably have a point. As you allude to, though, the truth (or lack thereof) in his assertion gets lost if you dismiss his credibility.

Just looking at your Breitbart quotes, it's obvious that Breitbart is now selling sensationalism just like the MSM. Skew the words a little, no problem.

Andrew Breitbart had style, and he backed it up his sensational stories with some solid reporting and ethical justifications. I just LOVED how he could TWEAK the MSM and politicians in general...they just didn't know what to do with him. Any successor has very big shoes to fill.

Yeah it's silly. I'm starting to call them all out on it when I see obvious stuff. They had some article posted over there last week on why rand paul was dumb for "standing up against drones"... the author totally missed the point. and went on and on about how drones are good. so sad. That was my tipping point--I guess it felt good I wasn't the only one complaining about it.

And you can't read a comment mentioning a democrat or obama without the use of the words like: O-bummer, O-drama, Demon-crat, RHINO, Bobo, DumocRATS, etc.

If you post anything that doesn't prop up Bohner or McCain, they go beserk.

And seriously, don't mention Ron Paul over there if you dont want to get blasted from both republicans and liberals alike. They all hate freedom over there.

Here's a comment from today:

I stand corrected. It just seems that more often than not the Republicans help Obama with his mission to destroy our nation.

I second your call for voting in true conservatives.
No, that would be over the years Ron Paul who voted with the Radical Left

The city started borrowing to plug budget holes in 2005 under former Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, who was convicted this week on corruption charges. That year, it issued $1.4 billion in securities to fund pension payments. Last year, it added $129.5 million in debt, 9.3 percent of its general-fund budget, in part to repay loans taken to service other bonds.

...

Banks including UBS AG (UBS), Bank of America Corp.’s Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) have enabled about $3.7 billion of bond issues to cover deficits, pension shortfalls and debt payments since 2005, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Liabilities rose to almost $15 billion, including money owed retirees, according to a state treasurer’s review.

The debt sales cost Detroit $474 million, including underwriting expenses, bond-insurance premiums and fees for wrong-way bets on swaps, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. That almost equals the city’s 2013 budget for police and fire protection.
The largest part is $350 million owed for derivatives meant to lower borrowing costs on variable-rate debt.

Default Economy

I recently looked up "economy" in the thesaurus, and they've added to the description in the antonym section.

economy  [ih-kon-uh-mee]

Part of Speech: noun
Definition: saving, frugality
Synonyms: abridgement, austerity, care, carefulness, caution, curtailment, cutback, decrease, deduction, direction, discretion, husbandry, layoff, meanness, miserliness, moratorium, niggardliness, parcity, parsimony, providence, prudence, recession, reduction, regulation, restraint, retrenchment, rollback, scrimping, shrinkage, skimping, sparingness, stinginess, supervision, thrift, thriftiness
Antonyms: spending, squandering, Obama

The simple definition of the word simply does not have ANY relation to what's happening in Washington or the FED.

This is my huge blind spot when I discuss politics, the economy and Liberals (Socialists/Marxists/Progressives). I use logic.

This is a fantastic quote and is one of the reasons the modern monetary systems folk have been more right about the economy for the last 20+ years than those that still base their analysis on outdated theories like loanable funds and money multipliers.

yeah, that's the problem...R's argue these points like it actually matters to the rest; it doesn't. they know and dont care, that's not their goal. They say it's their goal, but that's because people are stupid, so they just say whatever keeps them rich and in power.
