. . . and OH **** !! I just realized that I have a early Thanksgiving celebration dinner to go to tonight which is being held in downtown Oakland; right there in the heart of likely protest/marching routes. They were setting bonfires in the streets last night and then some woman protester got hit by a car when they moved it up onto the freeway. I thought about taking the BART train tonight, but they shut the surrounding stations down whenever there is a disturbance nearby (which is always). Seriously thinking of just cancelling.
