spoken like a true moron: the one solution to guns, is to buy guns and murder all the people, so that congress might make it harder to buy a rifle in the future.

the metaphor is strong with this one:

The Russian jeep carrying the ashes of the late Cuban leader Fidel Castro broke down and had to be pushed for a period on Saturday. #CommieFail
The antiquated Jeep carrying deceased Cuban dictator Fidel Castro's remains broke down during a funeral procession that marked the end of nine days of official mourning in Cuba.

HA:

Hillary Clinton Loses 18,422 Votes in Day 3 of Wisconsin Recount | HNN ? Higgins News Network

In the Day 3 recount update, Hillary Clinton has a net total loss of 18,422 votes in from the original count in areas that have been recounted so far.

In contrast, Donald Trump has a net total loss of 3,289 votes from the original count in areas that have been recounted so far.

The resulting total difference is a net change of 15,133 votes in favor of Donald Trump after the completion of the 3rd day of the recount.

...

Coincidentally, Jill Stein has just withdrew her Pennsylvania recount petition claiming she couldn’t afford to posted the 1 million bond required.

Of course that is absolutely false given she has raised nearly $7 million from donors to fund her recount and the withdrawal comes as Trump’s lead in PA has shrunk from 71,000 to 49,000 after officials included overseas and absentee ballots that were originally not included.

That time I analyzed election results:

PELOSI: “Well, I don’t think people want a new direction. Our values unify us and our values are about supporting America’s working families. That’s one that everyone is in agreement on. What we want is a better connection of our message to working families in our country, and that clearly in the election showed that that message wasn’t coming through. But we are united in terms of the security of our country, which is our first responsibility. To be smart and strong and not reckless in how we protect the American people, strong in how we protect our economy.”

Last Man Standing Gets It:

WATCH: 'Last Man Standing' Brutally Mocks College Liberals

video in link, cant embed here.

Mandy: No, uh, you can’t say “Ladies and gentlemen,” because it excludes those who don’t identify as either.

Mike: Hmm. But those are the only two choices.

Mandy: No, not anymore. You just have to keep it gender-neutral, okay? Please continue.

Mike: “Hey, everybody.” “America is the land of opportunity. I stand before you as –”

Mandy: Stop! Okay, by saying that America’s the land of opportunity, you are implying that everyone has the same opportunities.

Mike: I’m not implying it. I’m saying it. If you live here and you work hard, you can succeed. That’s how this works.

Mandy: Uh…yeah, that one’s on here, too. It hurts the feelings of those who work hard and don’t succeed.

follow up scene:

It’s in this way that “Last Man Standing” touches on the suckiest of realities – the left forces everyone to cater to their whims. You have to edit yourself to abide by their arbitrary set of rules. You know, because tolerance. You should be open minded to their beliefs. But the idea that hard work gets you places – like out of the safe space and into the work force? Too triggering to handle. The idea must be quashed thusly!

^^ Truth be told, I have nothing but respect for anyone who learns English as a non-native language. Heck, the majority of native learners seem to have difficulty anymore.

apparently this guy failed HS civics:

AUSTIN, Texas — A Republican member of the Electoral College from Texas said Monday that he won't cast one of his state's 38 electoral votes for Donald Trump because "I am here to elect a president, not a king."
how does one, exactly, elect a king?

you should email this to him!

you know, what pisses me off more than anything is all these people who
aren't exactly politically correct. like the other day, i was out walking
my siberian-american huskies. and you know how canines are: they like to
sniff everything, including each other's butts. so some guy walks up and
he says, "get your dog's *** out of that other dog's nose!"

so, i replied, "how dare you call them dogs! they're siberian-american
huskies. that's like calling an african-american a black. or calling a
mexican-american a mexican. or calling a homosexual a stupid ------!" it
pissed me off so much i got a nose ring, died my hair blue and moved to
san francisco!

what a friendly town
it really suits us well
it took some getting used to
that ******* hippy smell
everyone corrects me
every time i speak
i'm sick and ******* tired
of feeling like a stupid l.a. geek

i like it
i like it
i like it
i like it, yes i do

i say it's not an issue
it doesn't shed much light
on a global scale
it isn't worth the fight
the tongue that girl speaks
is forked to you and me
that bitch has got a problem
i think it's called p.c.
1994.

Time Warner Gets it:

Jeff Bewkes: 'Real threat' to First Amendment from Democrats, not Trump - Business Insider

Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes told Business Insider's Henry Blodget on Tuesday that the "real threat" to the First Amendment did not come from President-elect Donald Trump during the campaign, but rather from the Democratic Party.

Bewkes was speaking at Business Insider's annual IGNITION conference, during which he was asked about Trump's frequent campaign threats to open up libel laws.

...

"we should all worry" if someone were seeking to change the First Amendment. He suggested that came from the Democratic Party, which "had a campaign plank to change the First Amendment, and they were doing it in the guise of campaign finance reform."

"And that was worrying me more," Bewkes said. "The press tends to miss that because they tend to lean that way, and therefore they were supporting what they were viewing — I think overly charitably — as something in cleaning up money in politics when in fact what it would do is restrain multiple voices."

Democrats, including Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, vowed to engage in campaign finance reform following the election — a cause that has been bolstered in recent years by the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision. The 2010 ruling deemed that corporations and labor unions were people who could flex First Amendment rights in contributing to campaigns, and it led to the advent of so-called super PACs.

"So I thought the real threat to the First Amendment came from the Democrats' side more," Bewkes said. "There's not going to be a serious effort on the Republican side."
