It's the left's job to make everyone equally unhappy. Her happiness and pride in the opportunity has been disallowed.

I'm still waiting to see some kind of evidence it is a witch hunt.

I'm going to produce movie about the life of Andrew Kokoraleis, and cast an actor who is not a Satan-worshiping neo-Nazi serial killer, then arrange for the snowflakes to cry about how this is cultural appropriation or something like that.

Obviously that would depend on your definition of the word, but generally when the justice department appoints a special prosecutor they are given a pretty wide berth to investigate anything which falls within their official mandate, in this case: https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mia...ec7ce8dc6f.jpg

In my personal opinion given how this document outlines it, nothing thus far has stepped outside those bounds, but dont take my word for it: https://www.politico.com/story/2018/...-ruling-774888

Of course it would only take Rosenstien or Sessions re-issuing Muller's mandate to change that (i.e. they could just rewrite the rule book).

again. How does the ruling disprove it's a witch hunt? It only proves it was constitutional for the attorney general to authorize one.

I'm going to ask this question again:

What makes you (or anyone) think that a witch-hunt is occurring in the first place? You keep asking for people to disprove something which, so far as I can tell, doesn't even exist.

Being totally serious here. I think you're using hyperbole to expand the definition of "witch hunt" in a way which massively devalues the term. Kind of like how modern ultra-SJWs have devalued the word "rape" by applying it to "a cis-white male looked at me as I was walking down a public sidewalk."

Braineack 08-14-2018 09:20 AM

Because the entire investigation is a sham?

Let's say I paid someone to Photoshop a file to suggest that gluing quarters on pistons increased compression and was a viable solution.

Then I had people distribute said file as imperial evidence.

Are quarters not witches?

Is that better than to investigate something which doesn't even exist?

speaking of deaths:

SINCE THE NET NEUTRALITY REPEAL WAS ANNOUNCED, U.S. INTERNET SPEED HAS IMPROVED FROM THE 12TH BEST IN THE WORLD TO THE 6TH BEST

by Kevin Ryan

When FCC Chairman Ajit Pai announced late last year that the so-called “net neutrality” regulations imposed during the Obama administration would be repealed, it set off a media firestorm. The left declared that your connection speed would be slowed significantly by internet service providers throttling back your service in order to extort higher fees out of you.

Chairman Pai, on the other hand, said ending the onerous regulations would increase private technological investment and boost speeds, which had been flat since net neutrality was imposed.

So, who was right?

When the repeal was announced late last year, the U.S. had the 12th fastest fixed broadband service in the world:
https://web.archive.org/…/www.sp…/global-index/united-states.

Since the announcement, the U.S. has improved to the 6th fastest in the world: http://www.speedtest.net/global-index/united-states#fixed

As you can see from the graph in this post, there was a definite upward bend in U.S. internet speed following the announcement. And data also shows increased technological investment by ISPs after the government said it would end the order regulating the internet as a public utility.

When you tell the private sector how much it has to charge or who it must or must not enter into customer agreements with, it stifles innovation. Only when a buyer and seller are fully free to decide the terms of sale do both parties benefit.

Those are some funny pictures.
Whites have been doing the "black face" thing since theater was introduced.

Michael Jackson was doing the "white face" thing, so what?

Posts like that to me are an example of people who give lip service to tolerance and understanding while actually being bigoted hate mongers.
If pressed that woman will probably try to make light of it by saying it is a joke or some sort of parody, which it very well could be.
What is actually happening on the woman's facebook post is public spewing of her hatred.
Makes me wonder what sort of person she is when face to face.

Personally I try to save my negative opinions to one person at a time rather than lumping a large group into one basket (police, whites, etc.)

On that personal note I feel that Hillary and Trump are both disgusting human beings with no redeeming value to humanity.

Both the democrats who claimed the overall internet would slow down as well as this Kevin Ryan guy are idiots. If you think speed tests are a good way of measuring the impact of (lack of) net neutrality, you clearly don't understand what it's about.

Serious answer: No, in that scenario, quarters are not the same as witches. I can't see how there is even the vaguest similarity.

Less serious answer: Do they weigh the same as a duck?

One of the purposes of an investigation is to determine whether or not something (in this case, a criminal conspiracy), exists.

That's kind of the point. From a legal perspective, you can't say "this doesn't exist" unless you have investigated it.

Huh? Which article. The one which Skamba linked to, with the description of "'Rigged witch hunt' deemed constitutional by Trump-appointed judge."?

I'm not arguing with you, I'm asking Skamba why he believes the Mueller investigation to be a witch hunt. I'm not even sure if you have a point which you're trying to make, other than to cloud the issue with talk of quarters and photoshop. Are you asserting that the CNN article about the Mueller investigation contains something which is photoshopped?

Braineack 08-14-2018 03:05 PM

The dossier was bought and paid for by the Clinton admin and is the backbone of the entire investigation -- and absolutely nothing within it has been corroborated. It was completely fabricated in order to convince a judge to legally spy on Trump.

the dossier is the photoshopped article. keep up with the metaphors!

So, wait... Because a document which suggests possible wrongdoing by the president was written by a democratic organization, it's automatically fake, and therefore, any investigation which stems from it is a witch-hunt?

Kinda curious how you'd have felt during the McCarthy investigations.

Or Benghazi, or E-mails. The unique thing about this investigation is that it's already resulted in 23 indictments, in a much shorter period of time.

On another note...

Are we talking about the same dossier? My understanding is that multiple aspects of the dossier have been corroborated.

Then again, VOX doesn't think so.
