So far as I know, the "white power sign" that the Cubs (and by extension, everyone) is upset about does not exist. The only corroborating sources I can find for this are either 4chan (which is not exactly an authoritative source of fact) and people who are looking for something new to be victimized by. It seems to me that the dude in the Cubs video was playing the circle game.
