brother i have to disagree. there are manhole covers(sure sign of sewers) there and i have seen sewer pipe being laid out during construction. like i said, i have been there quite a bit and honestly i have never seen that.

i meant no offence by it, i was simply trying to convey my experiences there. i like virginia, got stopped there back in the 90s on rt 58 doing 75mph...the officer was really nice he gave me an invitation to a party at the courthouse....lol
