Maybe clean up the rust before you do it. That IC looks pretty fucked up too.

it's quality hand built parts from BEGi. just a little beat up. a little bit of elbow grease and it'll look fine. It's form one of their eariest designs, where they used twice as much piping as they needed, and yes it's 2", which has been proven to be plenty for sub 350hp.

as for thinking paint really matters....
