I believe that zoom3 is very similar to the voodoo II of flyinmiata.com

I have that setup on my 99 and it works well. MS controls fuel and spark, stock ECU controls everything else. I drive my car to work everyday with no problems. Logging and tuning is necessary but that is part of the fun.

I have seen some talk here and there about 'issues' with parallel setups but I have not seen any myself

I think that belongs to the people using Megasquirt II in parallel. Megasquirt 1 works amazing!

Chad... You have some customers here for atleast your special harness, if not a full setup!

Talk to Chad since he is the one that built it and the boomslang
I just installed it,, the CAS, the sensors, the injectors, and tuned it. No dyno yet, not needed really with the WBO2 and some careful trial-and-error on the spark map (based on some posted here). When I do take it to a dyno it should just need some tweaking, not a major tune.

I have a boomslang harness...I want to run MS in parallel, but I was thinking MS II with PCB 3.0. Now I see using am MS I? WTF? Can I use MS I with my stock sensors and just modify my timing wheel?

Cjernigan is his user name. Not sure if he is building MS units currently, but he can probably help you with a harness.

I was all set to buy MS from Chad a couple of months ago, but he told me that he was too busy to build any so he wasn't taking orders. That is why I have been looking elsewhere.

Maybe he will do some harnesses and you could buy the units from DIYAUTOTUNE with the Miata Mods.

Yes you can keep your a/c. It will still be controlled by the stock ECU, along with cruise, radiator fans, IAC, EGR, emissions...

Except the Zoom3 has timing control and the Voodoo does not.
