Sounds like you also have the ******* annoying *** deceleration buzz that everyone else has and can't figure out how to get rid of.

miatas tend to make all sorts of crazy noises after a clutch job. you should hear my **** at idle. i believe its an issue of the alignment of the ppf after the installation.

mine makes a hilarious BOVish whoosh coming off the clutch sometimes after the ACT install.
