Alright, that sorta went off on a tangent, but it seems like the ultimate budget build turbo may have been located. (For 1.6L guys anyways) =). Hey Brain what do you think of the turbo DrewLGT linked in post # 13?

I'd rather have the ebay 2560 over this t3.

What do you think is the max psi your turbo will push before becoming inefficient in the typical Miata configuration? I think water/meth may be a good way to get a bit more out of the smaller turbos for people that want a slightly higher goal further down the road.

27 lb/min or 3.00PR, whichever comes first.

yes, because I like fast spool and turbo that can still output 250rwhp. not spool slow and a turbo still putting out 250rwhp because I'm on a stock block...

Mines running really freaking well right now at 15psi, more mid-range than ever before. I need to dyno it. I have the china 50 trim T3. Not t4, not t04e, straight up t3.

this: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53...item255b28bde2

is a 3071 sized turbo witha stage III or IV turbine... I want SPOOOOOOOOOOOOOL and TQ.

How much power will that turbo make on a 1.8 at 18-20psi?
