I run 550s with a walboro 190, and I see 77% DC at 15 or 17psi (i forget which one.) Laptop's in the car. Im just too lazy to go get it.

Whatever a T25 call's for. I can't remember exact but it's the same as my GT2554 was. Everything swapped right over.

To be honest I really didn't notice a whole lot difference in spool. It looks like it spools slower on the log but it dosent feel a whole lot different. Needs more boost.

Oh, I wanted to ask. What injectors does Newbsauce run and what were his DC's at 17 psi. I'm already seeing 72% at 11 psi on my 550's and walbro 190.

I bet it's because of the torque output, Brad's spools much slow than mine, but he has the same torque output below 4k...

So how does this feel in comparison to the GT2554? I'm really interested in changing to this if it works out well. Need more power!

It's actually pretty responsive. Hits 5psi really quick. When I'm able to drive it in light traffic I'll get a better feel for it.

This turbo is oil and water cooled right? What about oil pressure TO the turbo, r u using a restrictor?

The reason I mentioned is because my previous experience with chinachargers indicates that they will blow the oil seals and start smoking oil if they are not properly restricted,since the engine oil pressure is higher that what they can take. look for an oil restrictor on Ebay.

No and Id like to keep it that way lol. Im wondering if my 2554 died because of too much pressure. Before I took it off it smoked out the exhaust and oil collected in the compressor.

Yeah, I went to the DIY FAQ and saw that.

Are there any DIY solutions? If not I'm going to stop at Murray's speed and custom on the way home. I'm sure they have something.
