He's a rebel bro. He doesn't play by anyone's rules, not even his own.

Driftmissle. I appreciate all your die hard honesty and I commend you. With out threads like this I might have lost my patience piecing together my build and done something stupid like bought Chinese ****. Instead I was able to read through this whole thread and live my bad thoughts and ambitions through you. This kind of reminds me of that time when I was 15 and I bought a shitty bike instead of saving one more year for the bicycle I really wanted. I ended up spending more money fixing up the pos bike the next year instead of working another summer to get the bike I wanted.

Wow I never would have perceived this site to be like this.
I mean, yes the kid just jumped into the first kit he could piece together but when I open up my copy of "Maximum Boost" to the back I see Corky Bell using a RRFPR on a miata.
FM used the voodoo box effectively for years and still offer it.
Yes, MS is better than both of the previously mentioned methods of adding fuel but at least he didn't ebay manifold, turbo, etc, slap 6 psi on a blow through Maf setup with nothing but 440cc injectors like some of the asshat Nissan owners where I live.

I was running MS long before MS2 was even a thought in anyone's mind. Yes, MS2 is better by far and MS3x is even better but if you can't afford the best out there get the best you can afford. Just remember rent and food come long before cars and boost, I've seen more than one idiot neglect their wife and kids to run around with a "tricked out ride".

I truly think this thread would have gotten the same resulting knowledge to the OP by page 2-3 instead of page 7 had everyone involved acted more like the 2 posters who actually were willing to drop a bit of knowledge on the kid. You get more flies with honey than you do with ****. Just sayin

Problem is, we want people, who could read the thread instead of jumping in to defend an idiot n00b as their 1st post. But all we get are **** flies, like you.

Almost 18,000 posts in less than 5 years as a member..... Almost 10 posts a day, everyday for 5 years.....you must be some kind of an expert.

How much do you know about VE tuning? AE? WUE? How about tau?.... If none of this rings any bells you should probably close you mouth and open your ears more.

Enlighten us.....and maybe add a small bit of substance to this thread.

Not sure about anyone else but the message I received from Braineak when I joined stated that the #1 goal was for everyone to have an enjoyable experience and there are no stupid questions, but I feel as though that was lost on some a long time ago.

18psi...go ahead and insert your wise comment here as I'm done with this thread

To the OP: feel free to message me and I'll try to provide you with help or answer any questions you may have. Everyone has to start somewhere.

Yeah, and this is 2013. I don't have a antenna on top of my house for watching TV either.

Did you even read this thread? That's EXACTLY what he did.

I truly thing this thread would have gotten the same resulting knowledge to the OP by page 2-3 if OP COULD READ! We are not here to hold his hand, though it's good to know he has someone to suck his dick.

who the hell is this cupcake fresh in the oven?!

You must be new to the internet, let alone this forum and many others.

If you know down to the detail of what you just posted yourself then good for you as well, but 4 posts in as a fresh member trying to be an ethug makes you seem more of a complete retard than the new douche from CR.net.

I am pretty confident that brain is a robot, Joe hates stupidity, y8s likes pictures and 18psi will make love to your mouth, but im pretty sure you are only here to defend your boyfriend's honor.
Claiming admin and moderator support or "personalized emails" (which are automatic to the registration) is the dumbest thing you can ever do here.

Go back to miata.net! I waited almost a year before I started posting on this forum because I was too busy educating myself by searching. There are numerous build threads and Sticky threads that go into detail about everything turbo miata. In particular there is a thread about common kits on eBay and how they are crap as well as how obx and many other manifolds are crap. There is a whole DIY turbo section and countless threads about how to piece together a good turbo set up. There is also a thread on how to buy and build a DIY MS2. My point is this forums goal is to help others after they have helped themselves by using the search tool. Not to constantly fill up with bullshit threads asking ?s that have already been answered several times.

If the OP read the Sticky Threads he would have know all this hazing was going to come at him. We are not ********. We just get tired of lazy people. From on n00b to another shut your mouth and get back to reading.

That doesn't magically make it a better option in today's world.

If you wanted to declare war on Canada and could only afford a trebuchet and not actual guns, would you still declare war? I mean, a trebuchet worked just fine in the past, right?

The Voodoo box is a cheap way to effectively make more money on something cheap and not too effective overall. It cost 415 bucks and at that price you would be better off doing a DIY MS2 and have full management with constant ability to add more power. The Voodoo hits a ceiling really fast and I personally think its Flyin Miata's approach to selling more of their kits at a lower cost.
