Flange swap looks clean. You'll definitely need to surface the head-side flange on that manifold, too. Mine from OBX was really wavy, as was the flange on the dp. they would have never sealed had I left them as delivered. You probably already did this but just tossing it out there in case.
Where did you find that manifold kit on the first page? I've looked around online and have yet to find it.

No I have not actually. I noticed the downpipe but I'll take a better look at the manifold tomorrow. We have a mill at my job so hopefully I can bribe someone into doing it for me. Thanks for the advice.
Did you have any clearance issues with the wastegate and hood on your car? It seems like mine sits up pretty high but then again I won't know for sure until I mount everything.

Have you test fitted the downpipe/manifold in the car? Those downpipes are notorious for trying to face rape the transmission and the underside of the car.
EDIT: Just noticed that you're turbo sits pretty high, even compared to the manifold that that turbo setup was originally designed for. You might run into some problems, though they are minor. You shouldn't have a problem making some small "adjustments"

Thanks for the info. The turbo actually sits lower than the turbo it was designed for. But we will see when I test fit everything.
I made my custom 40" feed line today and i found a 1/8'' to 4an fitting to go from my sandwich plate to the line. I also ordered the restrictor fitting in 4an. The only hose I had here in the shop was 3000 psi hose lol. At least I don't have to worry about blowing it.
